Prime Heating
is designed to be the sole provider of heating in the room throughout the year.

Background heating
is designed to provide a background heat or support heat to the area in conjunction with an additional heat source.

Warm Floor surfaces
is designed to present a warm floor surface while not being required to necessarily make a significant contribution to the heating of the area.

Conclusion
Each of the above is provided by either Carbon ink element or Ecofloor LD cable, each rated at 160 watts per sq. mtr in conjunction with a variety of insulation options and controlled by an OCD2 - 1999 air and floor sensing thermostat timer unit
